These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our Platform
- Users under 18 must have parental consent
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration
Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts
Orders & Payments
- All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR)
- We accept Debit Card, Credit Card, E-sewa, Khalti and bank transfer
- Orders are subject to product availability
- Customs/duties for imported items are buyer's responsibility
Returns
- Domestic products: 7 Days replacement policy
- Imported products: Subject to original seller's policy
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (logos, text, images) is our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delivery delays due to third-party services
- Technical errors beyond our control
- Indirect/consequential damages
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
