Our Policy

At Bwisher Nepal, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 7-day replacement policy for damaged products from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • Product must be reported damaged within 7 days of delivery
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Visible proof of damage required (photos/videos)
  • Purchase invoice must be provided

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products altered or modified after delivery
  • Any product beyond 7 days from delivery date
  • Products without original packaging

Replacement Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days at support@bwishernepal.com
  2. Provide order details and damage evidence
  3. Wait for approval confirmation
  4. Ship the product back to us (if required)
  5. Receive replacement once damage is verified

Important Notes

  • We only offer replacements, not refunds
  • Return shipping costs may apply in some cases
  • Replacement subject to product availability
  • Processing may take 5-7 business days after approval
