Our Policy
At Bwisher Nepal, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 7-day replacement policy for damaged products from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Replacement
- Product must be reported damaged within 7 days of delivery
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Visible proof of damage required (photos/videos)
- Purchase invoice must be provided
Non-Eligible Cases
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Products altered or modified after delivery
- Any product beyond 7 days from delivery date
- Products without original packaging
Replacement Process
