4. Orders & Payments

• All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR)
• We accept Debit Card ,Credit Card , E-sewa , Khalti and bank transfer
• Orders are subject to product availability
• Customs/duties for imported items are buyer's responsibility

5. Import Service

• We facilitate orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Meesho
• Delivery times may vary for imported items
• Return policies for imported items depend on original seller
• We are not responsible for third-party product quality

6. Returns & Refunds

• Domestic products: 7 Days replacement policy
• Imported products: Subject to original seller's policy
• Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (logos, text, images) is our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delivery delays due to third-party services
• Technical errors beyond our control
• Indirect/consequential damages

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
